A. Furniture and Made-to-Order Pieces
Every piece of Noun furniture and major product is produced by order. Due to the commitment required in this process, the following policy applies:
1. Final Sale Policy (Produced by Order)

All Sales Are Final & Non-Refundable After Order Confirmation: Our products are not stock-based; they are produced specifically for your order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed on the Noun Furniture website, the sale is final and non-refundable from that point forward.

Non-Refundable: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for products due to a change of mind, incorrect choice (sizing, color, etc.) by the customer, or subjective aesthetic reasons.

Order Commencement: Production or sourcing for your specific order begins shortly after confirmation. This process prevents us from cancelling or fully refunding orders that are already in progress.
2. Our Guarantee Against Defects Upon Delivery
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of all products we produce by order.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged during shipping or is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we are here to help immediately.

Reporting Window (48 Hours): You must notify Noun Furniture within 48 hours of receiving your delivery by emailing our support team with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect or damage.

Resolution: Upon review and confirmation of the defect, Noun Furniture will, at our sole discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or necessary parts at no cost to you. We will arrange for the necessary service or shipment.
B. Stock-Based Accessories and Pieces (Pillows, Toys, etc.)
Some smaller items and accessories (e.g., pillows, toys) are stock-based and are subject to the following exception:
3. 48-Hour Refund Policy for Stock Items

Refund Eligibility: Only stock-based accessories and pieces are eligible for a refund.

48-Hour Refund Window: If you wish to return a stock-based item, you must notify Noun Furniture and ship the product back to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Condition of Return: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refund Details: Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund for the product price will be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Permanent Service & Maintenance

5. Design Services (3D Validation & Plans)

Design Service Sales Are Final: Fees paid for design services, including planning, 3D validation, and consultation, are non-refundable once the service work has commenced (e.g., plans have been drafted, or 3D renderings have been initiated).

Client Collaboration: We work closely with our clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction before final sign-off and production.
